Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sielvane. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — $4.95, free on orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days — $9.95

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date, and may vary during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as your package is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at help@sielvane.com as soon as possible — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days or your package appears lost, contact us at help@sielvane.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
