SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sielvane. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
During periods of high order volume or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — $4.95, free on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days — $9.95
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as your package is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at help@sielvane.com as soon as possible — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Sielvane is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days or your package appears to be lost, contact us at help@sielvane.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@sielvane.com with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
