How to Use

The Roller:

1. Cleanse your skin and apply your favorite serum, oil or moisturizer.
2. Use the large end on cheeks, jaw and forehead — roll gently from the center of your face outward and upward.
3. Use the small end under the eyes and around the brow with light pressure.
4. Repeat each motion 5–10 times per area, 3–5 minutes total.

The Gua Sha:

1. Hold the stone almost flat against the skin (a 15–30° angle).
2. Glide the curved edge along the jawline from chin to ear, then along the cheekbone and neck, always in upward and outward strokes.
